The Holding Space is a yoga studio for the whole family owned by local yoga instructor, Rebecca Bolden. The Holding Space provides safe, fun and informed guidance in yoga with specific focus on prenatal yoga, mom and baby yoga, kids’ yoga, and adult yoga.
